Which tastes better?

Yes I know which is healthier, but IMO, you can't beat chips fried in beef dripping.

havent cooked chips in like, forever.

go to the chip shop if i fancy some cuz i havent a fryer or frying pan in the house and dont like oven chips

I'm making my own oven chips soon.

Slice potatoes then microwave for 3 minutes then put in a bowl then add olive oil, salt and pepper and paprika powder then gently stir making sure all chips are covered.

Put in oven until golden and crispy.

Viola.
