Right - NY resolutions and all that - genuinely what have people found best to get yourself back into gear with living?

After being steamrollered emotionally this year I'm curiously neutral but really need to enjoy things.

Suggestions?

I am taking a very selfish attitude for once in my life. I'm making my emotional well being a priority. I plan to enjoy the company of people I love and enjoy spending time with.

Oh yes I also hope for good sex & to drop three dress sizes, this may not be as achievable as my first aim

Try to find positivity in everything, it's hard work at first but becomes second nature.

Tell yourself "wherever I am, is the place to be" and it will be.

And lastly, cut negative people out of your life.

But, they're just, like, my opinions, dude.

Recognise what has been bad and how it felt. Then decide to leave it there. It may rear its head occasionally but learn how to deal with the emotions.

Stand up tall and remind yourself "I deserve more". I have used that phrase lots.

Work out what you want to do and how to take the steps to achieve it. Try to remain positive but accept you won't always keep on a positive route, occasionally you will wobble off but get back on your path and step forward.

Keep going hunny xxx
