Why Ian Duncan Smith - Surely he is one of the heroes in the way he has dealt with the welfare system. It wasn't an easy job and it's far from finished but he is moving in the right direction. It should always be more profitable to work. The way Labour had let the system run wild it was more profitable to be out of work.
