I've been fancying a jacket spud with chilli so just made a huge pan of chilli to last today and tomorrow then realised I have no potatoes!! Argh.. Rummaged in the freezer for emergency crappy oven chips and there's none.

Putting my chilli powder etc back in the cupboard I spot some chipotle and lime tortillas.. So nachos with chilli it is! Phew... Thought I was gonna be eating a bowl of plain chilli there for a second. And there's sour cream in the fridge.
