To meet a woman on here:

Find a woman you like the look of.

Check if you fall within her age/gender criteria.

See if she's within reasonably meetable distance.

Use a little common sense to decide whether or not she's genuine.

(These first four criteria are actually surprisingly hard to find.)

Write her a message - at this point you should have written a good profile, with good pics, and demonstrate some degree of social ability.

Cross your fingers and hope that she actually gets to read it - this is largely out of your hands if she's a particularly attractive woman as she'll have a deluge of mails to get through.

After demonstrating yourself to be an attractive guy, hopefully fortune will favour you enough to have her respond positively - ie, she likes the way you come across and may be interested in meeting/swinging with you should you continue to show attractiveness in conversation.

Supposing that goes well too, its now about finding a time and location that's mutually good for the pair of you.
