I don't have any trouble getting stiff but after about 30 mins i start to lose it a bit. Has anyone any experience of cock rings, do they help?

Well you can get them pretty cheap so worth a try.

I hold my hand up and say mine can be reluctant to rise when required. I did use tablets but got a banging head so invested in a cock ring...works a treat...I don't know why the OP is wanting one if he can keep it up though...
