Very partial to a green curry, it's certainly up near the top of my favourites list

Much lighter and more delicate tastes than Indian or Chinese

In the middle

I love thai curries as they are far lighter and more frangrant than other traditional curries, although I do love a good hot jalfezi when the mood takes me.

Get some nag chilli peppers in there I love em. I need a new curry house, my local is lovely but doesn't do hot enough curries.
