I have a fridge stuffed full of Christmas leftovers and it makes me very happy.

Sat here with smoked salmon and cream cheese sarnies and looking forward to ham a cheese and salad for tea.

The only thing I haven't got is veggies for bubble and squeak, which is so disappointing that I might have to do a roast dinner tomorrow just so I can have it.

What are your favourite leftovers? Do you sometimes like the second meal more than the first?

I had a roast duck on Christmas Day, and shall have a bowl of duck noodle soup later today, and a duck fried rice for tomorrow with sufficient to make at least one lunch or two for next week.

About the only leftovers I like are turkey and stuffing sandwiches, I even throw leftover Chinese,Indian and pizza away because I can't bear the thought of eating it.

I had leftover turkey and bubble and squeak yesterday. And just had some more cold turkey and nibbles for lunch today! It's all gone now.

My favourite leftover is Chinese. Always tastes better the next day!! X

I didn't cook Christmas dinner but was given plenty of turkey to bring home so I ate all that yesterday. I'll have to cook for myself this evening though

not entirely sure.. i was the only one who has been ill so unsure if it was the curry but i didnt eat anything at all yesterday as was feeling 'off'

only stopped shaking 2 hour ago and started to feel warm.

still im starting to feel human again

I don't have leftovers.i always clear my plate,they do say you should always leave a bit on your plate as others then think you've had enough.but my mum used to say want not,waste not.so I clear the plate.
