Just pan fried myself some Veal Liver, shallots, smokey bacon and black pudding. Fab tasting but maybe a bit cruel?.. Does this kind of thing bother you or do you not give a monkeys?

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

It doesn't bother me. It's males and they would be slaughtered straight away. This way they get used in the food chain.

Somewhere in North Norfolk

I don't eat it but it's not up to me to decide what anyone else eats.

I hope you enjoyed it.

what about fois gras? force feeding geese and ducks till their liver is about to burst? Imagine you had a meet where the guy decided you want to deep throat him whether you like it or not but a dozen times a day.

Kent

I have no problem with veal like lickety says the boy calves are of no use to farmers anyway so might as well get used.

Foie gras I don't eat the thought of it turns my stomach.
