Or 6 seconds in some cases depending on content. How often do you adjust your profile or update your photos?

Or has it been the same for a long time?

photo's get changed and updated id say monthly..

profile text is whenever my mood changes. its been the same for a few months now

I tweak mine now and again. If someone sends a message and I think something might not be clear then I'll change it. Otherwise I'm quite happy with it.

I add new pics after every time I've been out, as it gives peeps a chance to see what I've been up to and keeps the pics fresh. I change the blurb when I think up something that should have comedy value.

So far mk1 a profile based on Mastermind, mk2, based on a user guide and mk3 is worked on Bullseye. I quite like this one.

I tweek it when I remember to if I feel I need to put something relevant.

As for pics I delete and re-upload to keep it fresh and change my avatar fairly often x

I do like sinking my teeth into an iced bun.

Although, I am deffo better at piping icing onto cakes than I am body parts.

Change it whenever it takes my fancy, did recently shorten it, I think war and peace was shorter!

Pics also get updated often, can be fairly snap happy
