How do you cook yours??

I do one every year but always curious as to how other people do theirs

Do you wrap it in foil and smother it with butter or leave it open/

cant wait for dinnertime

never done one but I'd assume it would be wrapped in foil to seal in the juices

I would suggest you put a little seasoned butter on the top and then add a few slices of bacon to help keep it moist.

Cover with foil and once in a while baste.

For the final 15 mins take the foil off to crisp the skin and then rest before eating.

Enjoy.

Soak it in Beer, Drink Copious amounts while its in the Oven...It will taste Goooood

i glugged a bit if sloe gin in the roasting bag .. lovely and moist and made lovely gravy too .. so was the turkey
