Anyone have any certain rituals they carry out whilst cleaning/hoovering/ironing?

Making beds is my domain. Crisp sheets and hospital corners. Hoovering is ok and my ironing is great but it takes me ages so I tend not to. General cleaning I have a lady who does.

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

I've got about 3 hours of ironing that needs doing.

My ritual is to do the housework before I get showered and dressed.

My ironing ritual is to do it on a Sunday evening in front of the television. Unless I have shoved it in the spare room in order to pretend it doesn't exist.

..i wear a certain sock and bottoms when i do the housework. Have a certain CD on and on i go..have to start the dusting first, then the hoovering. Next, comes the new bed shoes and then on to the windows.

I haven't done my car in a while.

Anybody want a maid? I'd dress up - i have an apron

I have a blitz day once a week,usually either the night after my last of four day shifts or the night before the first of my nights that way it stays clean.

And greenday is my cleaning music.
