How can pictures of people smoking be attractive-Is it just me as a non smoker that finds it more than slightly off-putting?

If people want to look ridiculous, smell really bad, make their teeth go yellow and fall out, turn their skins a leathery wrinkled mess, and very slowly kill themselves whilst keeping my income tax low by them wasting £1000s each year that's their choice !!
