Am just cooking tea and am having a mixture of veg how do you like yours hard or soft or even roasted ????

It varies is the answer As long as they aren't watery and mushy or rock solid, I'm happy.

With the exception of turnip/swede/parsnip I like most vegetables.

Always al dente with boiled veg!

And sprouts are yummy boiled for about 3-5 minutes then drained and put in a frying pan on a high heat with some soy sauce...so yummy!!

I like making a trivet out of veg and cooking a roast on top of them. The juice makes fab gravy and the roasted veg plus a pile of steamed curly kale is fantastic!

Like my veg crunchy and roasted. Had a gorgeous mixture from Waitrose last week with beetroot,onions,parsnip and potato.
