am I insane?

My mates giving me the Insanity Workout DVD tomorrow for me to try out..

Anyone used this before?

From what ive seen on youtube and from what ive heard its the most intense workout on the planet!

Wouldnt be much of a work out if you stopped when it started to get hard..

A good workout is pushing yourself to do a few more reps right at the point when your body wants to give up.

We did it for a bit. Its really really hard. But you do get better. We got ill and couldn't do it for a while and then just couldn't face it again. Five minute abbs on utube is good

I know it does look hard lol.

Ive tried the 5 minute abs but wasnt working. Ive already got a 6 pack I just need to get rid of a little belly fat lol..

..so have i but pull ups are pull ups on a bar and if you are already good at it Thats fine.if you want to get rid of a bit of fat on your stomach area.then pull your legs up instead of arms..and if you are good at that add weights to yourself. X

The question was are you insane. You're doing something with the option to stop at any time, so no, you're not insane.

You can't spot reduce fat. Ab exercises will not help burn belly fat except as part of general burning of calories and building muscle to increase metabolic rate.

Trust me. It works. You'd be sweating like a beaver..

...you have to do it regular and that is the key. I'm looking to put on mass. So, have calmed down on the insanity training. Trying to focus on training the core. But, i bloody hate it.

Go for it. You'd feel the results instantaneously.
