"Uh no, since you can stop at any time." Wouldnt be much of a work out if you stopped when it started to get hard.. A good workout is pushing yourself to do a few more reps right at the point when your body wants to give up. | |||

Five minute abbs on utube is good" I know it does look hard lol. Ive tried the 5 minute abs but wasnt working. Ive already got a 6 pack I just need to get rid of a little belly fat lol.. | |||

" ..so have i but pull ups are pull ups on a bar and if you are already good at it Thats fine.if you want to get rid of a bit of fat on your stomach area.then pull your legs up instead of arms..and if you are good at that add weights to yourself.
