A mere hint of snow will have Brighton grinding to a halt.

Well over here it is a legality to have snow, or all weather tyres on your car. If your caught or involved in an accident it is automatically your fault, so a fine will occur.

Make sure you have two, one indoors and one in the car, as you need one to dig out the car to reach the one in the car......

I've seen this happen so many times aboard!

"I slip over

I think the reason is that it's colder in Finland so the snow flakes don't stick together so easily. It's 'dry' snow and not as slippy.

I tend to get sentimental at the beginning of snow. Then remember I still need to drive to places and get stuff done and then hate it as I cancel all my plans so I don't have to drive in it x

I've only got a ickle tiny Yaris, but it is ruddy brill in snow, it goes anywhere and everywhere. Mind you the year before last I had a surprise soaking in it.

I wear a trilby when I'm out and about and in drab mode and following helping this old codger move his car, the top of my hat was full of snow. I never gave it much thought till I took it off to scratch my head in the car, 15 minutes later and discovered most of the snow had melted, but not yet seeped through....

I also wear a good leather coat that my Granddad bought for Fifty Guineas.

When I'm in glam mode, my fashion taste is much improved

I ride a motorcycle as it is my only mode of transport to and from work, also I work outdoors a lot.
