I'm doing a shortbread practice run, looking at the dough in the freezer I don't think this is going to end well.

I can make cupcakes with my eyes closed, biscuits on the other hand....

Biscuits are really easy!

Get the dough, flatten it, use cutters, grease a baking tray and cook.

I've got rolled dough in the freezer. I just cut the roll like a sausage and put the little things on a baking tray. It's so easy!

Cooooookies!!!

How badly wrong can it go?

Note - if this was a comedy show, we would immediately cut to a scene of you stood outside your kitchen, smoke billowing from the window, fireman stood next to you shaking his head...

My friend makes a double batch and replaces a tablespoon of flour with cocoa the rolls both lots out to the same size, puts one on top of the other then rolls up.

Refrigerate then slice into discs and you have chocolate shortbread pinwheels!

Yum

I only just managed normal shortbread without getting annoyed.

Not the easiest dough to work with.
