My joints are fxxxxxd!

I've got an impressive selection of supplements supposed to assist but if I kneel down I'm not getting back up without assistance!

Though sonera would consider that a good thing...

Forties were fine, fifties...feeling like I need more time to do everything. Apparently your muscle fibres shorten which results in that 'stiff'feeling.

Age is just a number...I don't feel any different physically than I did when I was in my thirties.

Somewhere in North Norfolk

Mentally, I haven't yet felt the onset of getting older. In my head I feel no different to when I was in my 20's.

Physically I've been having joint problems for about 5 years but a lot of that is wear and tear from various sports. The joint problems will lessen as I lose the excess weight I am carrying.

I do suffer increasingly from muscle stiffness and tightness. I'm going to be starting yoga classes and a regular routine of stretching at home for that.

Excluding my weight, and a couple of injuries, (one from a car crash, one from karate and one from running), I'm in better shape than I deserve to be.
