Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

Do you get the Radio Times, TVTimes, a free one from the papers or do without for the Christmas Schedule?

Do you go through and circle the programmes and films you want to watch?

What colour pen do you use?

Nah! That's amateur, serious is a selection of highlighters one for each member of the family and a cross referenced chart so that clashes can be anticipated and recorded

It's a different level of laziness nowadays. I remember when a remote control was plugged in with a wire and before that the days when you had to actually get up to change channel.

That is serious. Living on my own I hadn't even thought of that but as I'm going away with the family after Christmas I may have to consider that and consult the children too.

West Fife

In ye olde days when we only had three channels we used to get RT and I highlighted with a biro (no fancy fluorescent pens in them days) all the progs I wanted to watch.

Remember when BBC2 had daily runs of Laurel and Hardy??

Christmas lectures were also a must see.!!

Oh and befor you ask, yes, it was in colour

I have already circled the Christmas Lectures. They are still a must for me. We loved having Laurel and Hardy and all the b&w films.

Somewhere in North Norfolk

Usually I get a TV Times. This year I have a Radio Times because it's what was by the till in the supermarket when I was in there last.

I don't watch much TV but this will be my first Christmas with Sky, so I wanted to know which films will be on.

I haven't highlighted anything yet. Not sure I will. I may just sit down with the mag and the Sky app on my phone a week in advance and set everything to record.

I just don't find it funny. It is not on my list. The PD James Pemberley is though.

I get one at christmas just because I prefer paper and print to the tv guide. On a page you can see the whole day's programmes but on the tv guide you only get a 2 hour segment.

I don't watch much tv but I do like smushy shit so xmas tv is perfect for me.

I watched a film the other day and it was such sugary bollocks it made me cringe all the way through. I loved it.
