I've studied for a long period of time though I'm out with an injury at the moment. Hoping to get back on it in the new year

Somewhere in North Norfolk

I'm out through sheer laziness these days but I've done Shotokan karate, kickboxing and Wu Shu Kwan in the past.

I keep meaning to get fit and start training again.

I know what you mean - I kickboxing too, although am lucky enough to fit it in three or four times a week. It's a great release, and oddly relaxing - at least afterwards . I love semi-contact sparring. I guess psychologically it stimulates some of the same areas as sex - although clearly differently and nowhere near as intensely or pleasurably! LOL!

Good luck with the injury - I hope it sorts itself out - I know how annoying they can be!

Thanks. I'll give myself a kick up the arse next year, (pun also intended).

I might look for a training/sparring partner so I can train outside of classes too.

I used to do Wing Chun....tried Jeet Kune Do but didn't really like the class but I would love to get back into Wing Chun.......living in the middle of nowhere doesn't make things easy lol, last time I looked for a Wing Chun class I would have had to travel to Edinburgh or Glasgow, both about 1.5 hrs from me
