Hi guys,

I'm currently in the process of bulking up a bit (before stuffing my face like a pig during xmas ) and I wondered if any of you guys could advise me something a good home work out program...

That's the thing it has been my student diet for years, and if I didn't become fat, it didn't help my motivation to build up some muscles hehe
