I haven't seen the video but you can get blackhead removal tools from boots. They are pretty good too.

I haven't seen the clip. What does the tool look like? Is it like a metal handle with a wire loop on the end?

Tweezeeman make one. It's probably called a blackhead remover.

It's just a piece of metal with a loop at one end that fits over the blackhead

The ones from boots are not as good as the ones from beauty wholesalers. It is called a comedone extractor. You can scar from them so be careful when using them. You need to also steam and exfoliate the face first to make extraction easier.
