Am considering getting a new tablet and wondering what works best for chat room and viewing cams on here?

If you've got money to burn, then it'll be something with an 'i' prefix.

But the sensible and value-for-money option is Android. And if you go for Android, the first thing to do is decide your budget, there's a plethora of models out there, some good, some not so good. It also depends on what you actually want to do with it.

I don't believe iPads work with cams on here. Think it has to be flash enabled or something. Someone always says something about flash lol

I can't speak for ipads etc.

But any Android tablet which uses the latest versions of the operating systems will not support the cams in chat because they require Flash player.

Android 4.0 plus no longer supports Flash because it's starting to use html4 which handles media files differently.

Therefore you're going to find it difficult to integrate tablets and chat cams

Can view cams on my nexus 7 (original rather than the new one). Can't use the can on the device though.

There's ways and means of getting flash.

I'm running android 4.1.2 BTW, disabled the updates as they conflicted with some apps I wanted to use.
