Went to see the first showing of little man in nativity today. First time in ages that I had to fight back the tears.

He looked great up their, and got his words perfect. Made me realise how grown up he is!

Proud dad now waiting for show 2 tomorrow.

That's lovely. I love watching the kids perform and how seriously they take it.

Your boy is just starting out on his career of you watching him perform. Enjoy every moment.

I had similar on Friday when the oldest one (12) told us he has been assessed as having a reading age of 19. We hope this means that we have skipped all the teenage tantrums.

Its one of mine's last year in school and he has a lead role in the school play ... special needs .............. I can't be there as my job is stopping me!!! and I am praying that the school video it for me as he has agreed it can happen ..... and I know I am gonna get choked up

was grandsons today too , he was the arse end of a donkey and his partner the front end , the costume was a card board donkey theyd made but 10 mins in ivan went to the right and our stuart went left and the thing tore straight in half , everybody fell apart and were pissing themselves laughing and our stuart stepped forward and took a bow, pmsl,,what a little cracker he is so proud

i love my daughter and think thats clear from loads of my posts.. but every now and then i do envy those who can just go out and go where they want without a worry of looking after someone else,

so it does work both ways.
