Dry cured smoked with all, and i mean all...fat removed ,

then cremated so its all crispy

Ohhhh and brown sauce, if ive got any

Unsmoked fat on as long is its crispy.

None of that paper thin pre packed shite either. Proper bacon from the butchers I worked in. Also middle cut is amazing but not often you can get it nowadays. Morrison sell 'Ayrshire' middle cut bacon which is amazing!!

Apple wood smoked bacon, fat on, grilled til the fat is crispy but the bacon isn't cremated, has to be english, from the butchers, thick cut......not that I'm fussy!

We bought some pigs to cure our own bacon - We couldn't understand why the kids called one a rather obscure first name, well that was util I addressed the local headmaster one day.

Fat on only if its real crispy if it's not I'll pull it off. Thick sliced preferably from a butchers if I can get it. Tastes so much better and you don't get all the water coming out either. Not to forget hp sauce.

It's on their butchers counter. It's round so a couple of slices goes lovely in a crusty roll
