Just had the ubiquitous card popped through the letter box

We've left your parcel at the pub next door!"

Well it would be rude not to have a pint and a packet of pork scratchings when I collected it

bloody postman keeps getting neighbours to sign for my stuff....then I never see it again.....grrrrrrrr......took 2 weeks to get one parcel back and have never seen my telephones that I apparently signed for back in June while I was out of the country

Unfortunately not

Though one year I ordered a newbie deal through a wine company ...

Buy one case and get another free !

After waiting for three weeks I phoned to find out where my order was ....

Despite not signing they claimed it had been delivered; but they agreed to resend again.

The second wine duly turned up

After a bit of thought I popped over my neighbours fence ... they'd left under a cloud and the house repossessed.

Lo and behold there was my wine behind their shed !

So that was four cases of wine for the price of twelve
