I ordered a dress from next once by the time it arrived it had gone down and they refunded me the difference

Just ring and complain and they should give you the £10 difference, it usually works for me

I've done this before in a well known high street shop, was just about to launch into the story I'd sussed out to make it sound good and the sales assistant politely stopped me and said 'not a problem I'll refund and re sell it to you at the lower price'......result
