Now i know most of you spend the weekends getting down and dirty

...doing family stuff.....partying....the usual stuff.

Well mines been much more exciting cuz ive been freezing me taters.

Have been cooking, mashing and adding to icecube trays and then freezing.

Now i have little bags of delectable buttery creamy mash all ready to go in the freezer,in little cubes so i can defrost what i need

phewwwwww hard work

They may also make nice novelty icecubes to speed the parting of guests who linger too long over a cold drink
