"Chocolate Cabbage !! Take some of the better leaves off of a Savoy Cabbage, Wash and dry them, Using the inside of the leaf paint melted chocolate on to it, about 2 good layers would be enough, you can use one type of chocolate or all 3 (That's what i do) so there is something for everyone. Leave to harden and very carefully peel away the cabbage leaf and you should be left with with the grainy side on the underneath. Put to one side and then make a chocolate mousse, Try and make a ball shape, then put the mousse in the middle of the plate and arrange the chocolate leaves around it. To eat break a piece off and dip in the mousse. Make sure you make plenty of leaves because they have a tendency to break, and if they do big deep breath and try again " I don't like cabbage.. Even if it smothered in chocolate... Thankyou for the idea though.... Before anyone suggests it... Please don't say chocolate sprouts!! Ha | |||
