Which is your favourite one to eat? And how is it served up. I love all meat in anyway cooked but looking for new ideas or methods I never knew.

Has to be minted lamb with salad, chips, fried eggs and some part baked baguettes that are still warm and covered in butter. Not exactly a gourmet meal but absolutely lovely!

Sounds great but more of a summer dish to a winter warmer.

Kent

Lamb shoulder slow roasted for about 4/5 hours then you can just shred the meat off!!!

Brisket in the slow cooker, chunky chop celery, carrot and onion then sit the beef on top, cover half way with beef stock and cook all day. Then remove the beef and mash the veg into the stock to make a sauce.

London

Chicken: washed in lemon, drained, seasoned with salt, cayenne pepper, smoked paprika, thyme, garlic, onions, sweet peppers and chilli tomato ketchup, leave to marinate for four hours, place in baking dish, cover with foil place in preheated oven for ninety minutes, uncover and cook for a further fifteen minutes.

Serve with saffron roasted potatoes and split green beans. That's what I'm cooking later.

20 mins to cook a piece of steak, it will be like the heel of a shoe. ....regardless of its 2 inches...
