Are they bred for purpose to be squished/killed/used in trials etc?

Wonder what they do with them all once the trials are over.. there has to be some damage caused to some of them surely?

'10,000 cockroaches have been added to your box' - who the fuck is gonna count 10,000 cockroaches?! lol

just some random questions i was thinking of whilst watching tonight

a straightjacket

I know the rats they use are tame/bred in captivity ones...and they prob weigh the cockroaches so they know approx how many are in a box etc

East Sussex

there was a huge outcry when Gino D'Acampo (sp) killed and cooked a rat, I think he was prosecuted by the Australian equivalent of the RSPCA.

I often wonder where all the creatures come from but no one seems to care about cockroaches much

i was just thinking about the rats and them probs being kicked, thrown off a person, stepped on , layed on etc

with the swimming/diving tasks if a crab was stood on etc..

even live bugs being used and eaten in tasks..

i recall Gino being fined 1600 dollars for killing then eating a rat that had came into camp

It's funny. Same as how those disgusting things they eat in challenges would be decent snacks to other people.

Titz Towers, North Notts

There were a few comments about the animal cruelty angle in Private Eye, as well as the wisdom of sending R Addlington in.
