What on earth do you get your parents for Christmas??

Mid 60's, Dad's health isn't too good so a balloon ride is out of the question and Mum gets sea sick so not a cruise!

Also not got a lot of cash to spend, so the above would be out of the question anyways!

I'm completely stomped for ideas, mum doesn't like make up etc she's a "plain Jane" type......

I know that the presents my parents always loved the most was when one of us gave them something with 'our time' attached to it, if you know what I mean?

So anything from theatre tickets for all of us to go together, a nice meal out, a day out somewhere, a weekend away, afternoon tea in a nice hotel somewhere....

All those sorts of things always meant more to them than material things.
