How clean is your home !!!

Just been watching this and ooooooooooooooo and some of them are sooooo bad.

Now im normally ok re cleanliness etc but the last two days i have done sod all and it shows.

Not dirty but soooooooooo untidy im so ashamed.

So regardless of how i feel tomomorow....its bieng done.

cant stand a mess

We've both been spending every day this week cleaning, I mean really cleaning!

Even down to a toothbrush to get at all that nasty stuff that collects along skirting boards etc.

Can you tell me may be about to put the house up for sale

My flat is very clean and tidy.

A messy place creates an unhappy atmosphere.

It seems to be a woman thing with untidiness as all my ex's left everything lying around and it drove me mad. The amount of arguments it caused

When a place is untidy I can't relax or concentrate. I can't get dressed in a room where the bed is unmade. I like everything to be tidy and in its place, its the one thing where me and daughter clash terribly as shes a right messy cow. It drives me mad and sometimes acctually makes me feel ill if there is a mess everywhere!

I am the same. I must make the bed before i leave the house in the morning. If i don't something bad will happen

Also the kitchen must be tidied up after i make the dinner and all dishes washed and put away.

My life is organised and disciplined.

But............

If that is soo rigid... it becomes anal retentive hun...you have to somewhat relaxed about life and cleaning.

I dont mind a mess if its my own doing....

And you do know you shouldnt make ya bed in the morning...re bed bugs...

Pull ya bedding back and air it.

Everyone has them....

I dont mind bieng untidy as long as im CLEAN

We're mostly very tidy and clean however we've not had alot of time over the last couple of weeks so the place is looking a bit rough around the edges now. Not dirty just unkempt.

I'm having a BIG spring clean this weekend though and am oddly looking forward to it

I cant wait to get stuck into mine when i finish work all together.

Get all those little jobs done too.

And hopefully will have a nice garden ready for the summer

My last mother used to say that there was a difference between a house that was dirty and one that was "lived in". I do enjoy tidying the flat, and keeping myself and it clean. To me, my home is an extension of myself I suppose, of my personality and I am not an untidy, unkempt person so why live like it?

& because I am meeting more people, and built up the confidence again to be visited, I am decorating the flat slowly.
