cheese on toast

Just gonna make some....now should I go for mature cheddar... Or Blue stilton(never had on toast before) or I've got some Mexican spicy...what is best

toast one side first the butter the non toasted side, cheese of your choice grated or sliced,(Iprefer to grate as you can pile it high and get a better melt) with cheddar/hard cheese a dash of Worcestershire sauce (only Lea & perrins!) then about 4 anchovies fillets, you can finally chop them as they make excellent seasoning!

Then back under the grill till nicely bubbling..mmmmmm when plating up hot backed beans poured over the top of the cheese on toast, finally a splash of Tabasco...

lots of other combos including bacon to choose from.

A little blue cheese added to the hard can also be nice, remember some blue cheeses can be salty..

Smear some tommy K on the toast

Next put the cheese on even and to the corners.

Sprinkle some chili flakes over the cheese and add some black pepper.

Put under grill

Pull out when the cheese surface has melted add lee pearings to it an grill till cheese is fully melted
