Ohhhh yes. Either cooked on their own but covered in thick gravy, or fried ina pan with butter, shallotts, garlic & bacon and then simmered in reisling until soft.

Well we all have preferences but I don't understand how people can not like them....and for those of you that have to pretend they're something else by cooking them with bacon and chestnuts, you can't call yourself true sprout lovers!!!....and those that say you don't like them, you are just being sproutist!

god no.. I have only eaten them twice when they tasted good thank god for bacon and duck fat. I always try them when served just to make sure I still hate them.
