Depends...if you're using an email client like Outlook or Thunderbird, they MAY still be on the originating server depending on how you've got the client set up. Otherwise, probably not, off the top of my head, without checking!

Although if you're a site supporter and it wasn't a one off message - if you still have others from the thread you can see the content of the deleted ones.

Or check your sent if you replied!

You're probably out of luck then, I'm afraid. If it was REALLY important, it'll still be on BT's servers somewhere and you could request it back. Not sure what hoops you'd have to jump through though!

If you are using outlook rather than the web to access your mails it will depend on your settings. E.g delete or keep on server. Try logging in to btinternet web mail via your browser and see if it is there.

depends are you talking web mail or in outlook or something similar:-if in outlook sometimes a copy will be stored on your ISPs mail server

I'm guessing you don't have any back up archives from any security software installed?

If it's really important you can download software that will retrieve the deleted file. The longer you leave it, the less chance you have of recovering it though.
