Pnar Pnar...... if you saw the title and were thinking what I think you were thinking get ya minds out off the gutter!!!

anyway after drinking from 11 till 8 yesterday... i have what can be described as the mother of all bad heads.... anyone got any cures out there?

Go get a couple more drinks of what you drank yesterday..... you might not want it it also might take loads of will power to drink it put trust me when you have had that first one again hang over and all will be gone..........

Last time i spent the weekend in Dublin fri- sun flying home on the Sunday night i just didn’t want another drink that day

But we went into the temple bar at 12.00

got a paint i looked at it for over an hr once i had drank that beer i ways fine ending with another session before are flight home brill weekend oh and get the fry up first :-

been told, however, that a big bowl of Heinz tomato soup will do the trick.

Failing that, a hair of the dog or the whol damned alsation!!! xx

i do hope you are still not suffering

for future reference you need ya electrolytes rebalancing so any rehydration drink (lucozade sprt etc) will help. Water is ok but it the added bits in these drinks that you need.

Banana's apparently help and, as cliche as it sounds, a good fry up will also help (just lay off the salt as that will dehydrate you more

)
