I'm sitting here in tears when I realise that through the generosity of comparative strangers, acquaintances and assorted friends, those raffle prizes kept appearing and appearing on the table.

People put their hands in their pockets repeatedly, not only to raise this for Alfie Joe, but also an equal amount for the cancer charity Mrs Redhotxx and I will be running to raise more funds for in our Race For Life later this year.

FAB world may be many things to many people, but to me my FAB friends mean the world.

awww laine, thanks for sorting everything out u r a star, and thanks everyone for helping so much, it means so much to me

i am just waiting for something to come through and then it will all be done!!!!

i am trying to think of a way so i can show u all the stone that has been picked and ordered anyone has any ideas how i can do this let me know.

Maybe message Admin and ask that, as a one off special favour, you can upload a pic to your profile.

I know it's against the rules with regard to pictures and all that, but given that it's an exceptional circumstance and that many members of the site have been involved from day 1, they will make a special exception to the rule.

Certainly wouldn't do any harm to ask
