This week the third book in one of my current favourite series was finally published. I've been waiting for it for a year! For once, it wasn't more expensive for Kindle than in paperback so I bought the Kindle version and had it almost immediately.

I've also found not one but two underwired, (fully scaffolded), babydolls in my size. I've ordered one and put the other on my wishlist for next month

And my mum's bought me a really cute biscuit tin.

Anyone else got anything fabby and new? Needn't be anything big - my Kindle book was £3.99 Bargainous for a few hours entertainment

We've got a new laptop. To replace the other new laptop that's had to go back to PC world for repairs or replacement... As Frisky and the children all need a pc for their homework we had to by a second one...

A central heating pump! Bugger, I got to fit it and the new gate valves later today. Oh, and a new lamp shade for my sitting room standard lamp. The old shade had a stain on it in the shape of a huge flaccid cock and ball sack.

I was due to get first wage from new job this week and was going to treat myself to something nice, but HR and Payroll both cocked-up and I got 1 week's money instead of 5. I barely scraped the rent together. Nice gift to self on hold.

I've really enjoyed the two so far and have developed a crush on one of the male characters! She's one of my favourite authors at the moment.

All my money lately seems to have gone on moving house type stuff. I'm hoping I can treat myself to something nice before Christmas. Otherwise I'll have to hope the January sales are good.
