WHY?

If they carry the ce mark of quality assurance,what can be wrong with them.instead of thinking cheap,think reasonably priced,and the so called named brands overly expensive.before the aids scare in the 80s condoms were quite cheap to buy.market demands for safety and lack of competition pushed up the price
