Have got some but still in the package. With regards to pelvic floor muscles I do my exercises every time I go for a wee. When peeing use your muscles to stop the flow. I bet your squeezing as you read this. 10 mins per wee. Xx

Yes I can walk normally and I do my excercises, apparently these work better through with a constant feeling of a mild clench...
