Powerpoint question

If I design a PowerPoint presentation, and I send it to my home laptop will it open without having PowerPoint installed?

I can't use a usb at work...

Need PowerPoint on usb for an interview....

You can download Powerpoint Viewer from the microsoft website. It will let you run the slide show but you wont be able to edit it.

I think its still available, not used windows for a while.

+1 this, powerpoint viewer can be downloaded from Microsoft and used to view PP presentations.

By the sound of it, you don't actually want to open it at home, just want to copy it to your stick?

If this is the case, yes you can. You don't need PowerPoint installed.

il need to open it to make sure it opens properly on the system it wasn't written on...

So il install viewer as suggested...

Microsoft actually have a free powerpoint viewer ...

I can't send you the link but Google it

That should enable you to review your work and save to a usb

Otherwise try OpenOffice which is a free alternative to the whole MS suite
