A Secret Hideaway In the caravan of love

I am not in the least bit superstitious.

My Mum always said that 'troubles come in threes', which is just a silly superstition.

"Thankfully I'm not superstitious at all.

You can't keep your hands of wood.

your mum is 100% right, trouble always comes in 3's. though if you are exceptionally lucky there may be years between trouble 1 and 2

Over the rainbow, under the bridge

No - not at all. But I won't walk under a ladder if there's a workman up it. Might drop something on my head.

How do you get into someone's back garden then ?

And, no, that's not a euphemism

Yes and No, I walk under ladders and things like that but still believe in trouble cones in threes. I also say white rabbit on the first of every month.

do the saluting magpies thing.

generally try not to step on cracks, but that one is getting a lot harder these days lol

my own personal superstition is that i will NEVER go and watch my football team until they are safe/promoted or whatever, and never watch them in a cup competition as i have never been to the stadium and watched them win.

"I've never heard about the magpie and white rabbit things, what are they all about ?"

magpie is the one for sorrow and so on. if you salute them it nullifies the effects of the numbers (putting it down in writing sounds really pathetic, but hey ho lol)

dunno about the rabbits thing, unless its the lucky foot.
