Do I go in or not? Spa

Well here I am sitting in my vehicle, had arranged to meet a verified couple at 1030 at the cafe outside spa to see if we clicked but text them at 1030 to see if they were here but have had no reply now I'm wondering what spas like on a Wednesday and if I should go in or go home?
