"What is it Soxy? "

It's a Comet that’s heading past the Sun and it's thought it might give a spectacular light-show as it partially disintegrates…….

It should be visible now and most of December

It's an alien ship or The Phoenix Force coming to cleanse this rotten planet of the human virus.

Ohhhhhhh,,,,,, Comet Ison edges closer to the sun and potential death.

Apparently the "Comet of the Century" will reach perihelion - the point where it is closest to the sun - on 28 November when it will either be torn apart or will be catapulted round for its return journey past Earth......

Oh bummer it looks like Comet Ison might have fizzled out in a whimper,,,,, sigh,,,,,,,,

But hey not to worry in 11 months' time, Comet Siding Spring will breeze past Mars at a distance of little more than 100,000km and then in November 2014, the European Space Agency's Rosetta mission will attempt to place a probe on the nucleus of Comet 67P/Churyumov-Gerasimenko……..

Yippee……

It seems as though it may have survived the remnant should be visible just before sunrise in the East from around 5th Dec, depending on how much is left. Heres hoping! D.
