"Curry Mutton and Rice"

I made a meal last week using mutton; south African friend gave me a recipe for Durban curry - best curry I've ever had.

I do like making tarragon chicken and have finally perfected beef stifado.

Bit of cookery addict here!

I am crap at creating. Good at re-creating, so work from a recipe. Not a lot of cause for practice, nowadays. In a previous life I'd cook for friends a lot, but now I have to really kick myself oop the arse to do it, as it's just for me.
