The land of grey peas and bacon

I am having a fish finger sandwich with loads of vinegar and some salt.....however the only fish fingers I like is birds eye....how do you eat yours??

I did have proper chippy chips and a battered sausage last night though, which was great.

If not grilled and stuck in a sandwich then i have them with mash and garden peas a a dollop of ketchup

A few months back I had my first fish finger since I was a kid. I was on my third fish finger when upon cutting into it and bringing the fork to my mouth to eat it, there was a dark short and curly INSIDE the fish finger. I kid you not. The other 2 fish fingers I had already eaten nearly came back up. I am now turned off fish fingers for life. And the were Birds Eye too.

Prefer a crispy beer battered mini fish fillet sandwhich on thick whole meal bread with mushy peas, thick cut skin on chips with a thick helping of mayo with fresh cut gherkins spooned through it... Nom nom nom

Nice soft bread, grilled until crispy, squash with a fork, then vinegar, pepper, a little cayenne as well and tomato sauce. Squash it all down and amazing!
