A wolf has escaped from Colchester zoo. It'll be getting hungry soon. People of Essex keep your pets indoors or they could be lunch.

I love Colchester Zoo. Especially when you get to feed the Elephants and Giraffes.

...was a brilliant day.

No they are in Australia. I wondered how the beast would get to Australia from Essex.

It was a mass breakout. Six wolves escaped. Two have been shot dead and one is still on the run.

I wonder if they bribed the guards.

I bet they hardly tried to dart the ones they killed. One dart-miss, being out the .223 lads!

Such a needless waste.

They're on a National Express coach to Derbyshire where the wallabies roam free!

The last remaining wolve has been shot dead. Apparently they shot it as a tranquilizer dart takes fifteen minutes to work and it was deemed to be a danger to the public.

Fucking appalling. Seriously, can't people stay indoors for 15 sodding minutes so the animal could be saved?! Besides a tranc dart is far safer to fire in a built up area than a rifle round!

They would run if confronted by people. And would only attack if starving or cornered.

It was a terrible thing to happen

do the animals at Colchester take it in turns to get out? seems there's always something allegedly escaping. Maybe they should look into that?

It is the people in charge who should suffer, financially! somebody has made a mistake, resulting in the murder of 3 animals.

They've just started reintroducing wolves back into remote parts of scotland I think. Like they did with beavers.

I'd prefer to live with alot more wolves and alot less people TBH

What a crock of shit. Can't believe they shot them all... What a waste of a beautiful animal.

They can shoot on spot a wolf saying it's a danger to society yet they can't handle murderers and peados ffs !!!!
