How many of you lovely fabbers know that Turkey contains Melatoine (sorry if that's spelled wrong)..

It's a natural process that we all have in us that helps you sleep at night, Therefore i would guess that because of this, this is why we all get very tired after eating Christmas dinner and more often than not fall asleep.

They also give it to disabled children that have trouble sleeping in capsule form as they don't make as much as we do !!

No, that's caused by all of your energy being given over to your stomach to digest the food you have eaten.

I thought the reason I fell asleep was because my eyes are bigger than my belly and I eat my entire calorie allowance for one week in a couple of hours xx
