Why is it on a friday night and saturday night i can be fast asleep by half 10, but on a sunday night when im up at 7 i cant sleep?!!?

Anyone else up when they shouldnt be??

Its normal for me. Often only get 3-4 hours a night. then I come on here n get horny and try to arrange a meet. Does wear me out at end of week!

Yeah, I've even tried trying to solve pointless maths in my head to bore me to sleep. It's had reverse effect, u was perversely interested on knowing the answer : "how many times do my wheels rotate on my car to get to work?"

.. Turns out.. About 40530. Ish. Sigh.....

Up at 6am for work! Happens every Sunday! It might help if we all logged off here n put our phones down or turned whatever device ur on!!!!! Do we do that n end up falling asleep? Oorrrr do we browse the forum n post how we can't sleep?!?!

I can never get up for work in mornings but on my day off I never sleep in I up early in time for work
